For my Christmas trip, I did enjoy two great things about this hotel. the huge bungalow was fully furnished and the bed was comfortable. the swimming pool was fantastically relaxing. It was surrounded by a superb landscape with lovely palm trees. The hotel was located near the main road, allowing me quick access to all the necessary amenities.

I was not satisfied with the quality of service. The staff was not able to communicate effectively and their hospitability was seriously lacking.

Enjoyed my Xmas stay at a serene resort surrounded by tall coconut trees. Rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it was convenient to have the option to rent a bike or car, making it easy to explore the nearby city within five minutes.

The breakfast selection was not plentiful and could have had more options. It was disappointing that the resort was located far from the beach and city and there were no nearby shops or attractions.

We found the location of the resort to be quite convenient, with a short distance to the city center and the beach. the room at the resort was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay during our vacation. the friendly and proactive reception staff made our experience even more pleasant, offering various services like taxi and vehicle rentals.

There was some noise disturbance from neighboring guests who did not respect the hotel rules. This minor inconvenience was quickly resolved on our own, but it would have been preferable if all guests adhered to the established guidelines.

They even offered affordable motorbike rentals, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is also just a short 5-minute drive away from the town center, making it easy to access all the amenities and attractions of the area. we were thoroughly impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this venue.
